You know... This kitten spent so long trying to get out of the box it was born into, only to spend it's life getting into every other box.

...People are like that too.

Once that first box is gone, we spend the rest of our lives trying to recapture that singular, pure, perfect moment. Only to have it all vanish in the blink of an eye. It's all in our eyes, you know. They blink the same way snakes' do. Now I know why they call you 'the apple of my eye'. Eyes are not a thing which should ever be plucked. She should never have touched that apple. You don't poke people's eyes, that's just not nice.

Am I making sense to you? I'm probably just rambling again. Rambling roses, and all, you know. But this one doesn't smell sweet. Not anymore...

We still seek out those dark warm places; places where we can fit. Ah, yes... Places, places, everyone! So many people don't know their place. Or better yet, they've never had one at all.

I am only pointing out the blind spots in the periphery of society. No more, no less. You can turn a blind eye, but things will never change.

You can't say I didn't give it my all.
