The sacred I-Ching is lost to the Universe...

Carnal showers are entwined,
As the tea leaves wither and die,
Stagnating inside the pot...

They were never poured into the cup,
I'm not that important yet.

I find comfort in unexpected places;
Taking solace wrapped inside those introverted arms...
And the dismal radiance I find within your smile.

Even if I could go through with it,
I still couldn't, and I cannot go on...

My heart still dwells within the past,
Dreams fading into oblivion,
Such a lovely idiot I've become...

Reading the tea leaves
That reside in your fawn-speckled eyes...

Painted memories and tainted dreams,
When lying to the world is impossible
And I can wear this mask no more...

I have become a shell of myself,
And you are all the more lovely for it.
